My husband is addicted to stock trading. We lost every thing & thank God working in night shift I was able to buy a home again. My days I am very busy with children lives & home for betterment. I just found out he took again a line of credit through the house $150 000 & put in the stock. I am devastated.
I want to leave him emediately but it is even hard to do things. My kids are young & it is very hard to move , relocate, file for divorce, money for a lawyer. I asked him for divorce he refused, he does not admit he is addicted to stocks, he does not want to me to take over the bills. 15 years together he always laid on financies, I make more per hour twice of his as I have professional job. I found out credit cards with thousands, money sent to over seas, fancy hotel rented from his way his way back from his dad’s funeral, money he invested else were over seas like 10,000. I am an immigrant the years I came here I was busy that I did not make very close friends. My culture is negative to break up & talk about family problems. I have no support.I donot love him any more, we have been sleeping different rooms. we don’t agree on parenting @ times. He is with us on sundays & gets headache when the chaos to run a family routine unfolds. Due to anger we are always yelling each other & name calling ( not infront of the kids though). He loves his kids & they look forward seeing him because he is the fun dad not the decplinarian. I am very busy to teach, correct,parent,feed tutor,that I don’t have too much time tohave fun with them, as I also the only one who cooks, cleans, shops. I have forgiven him in the past, but really now my life has been hard to parent 5 kids, I wished to be stay at home mom. When I finally thought I can leave the full time job & work only the part job intead of both, he puts me in another ordeal of finanacial crises. He says ” the stock can not be cashed until Augst). What shoul I do ?. he messed me up so bad that the kids are getting neglected & routine change due to my emotional torture. He refused counselling. I wish we could stay were we are, him moving out. He should see his kids. I can get a baby siters on the weekends & work Fri,sat, sun. 12hrs over night. We could have survived, our family would not suffer anymore & will be sane & happy.
Oh He is addicted to persue the stocks. I can talk to my religious centre, but ashamed that people will know our troubles. I am very drained raising kids that I have no energy to sell the house, move.
One thing I know I can stand his lies, & deceitfulness. I build up way too much anger & resentment. thank you sparky

The bank forgot to close our line of credit of $200.000 from last house. The lawyer made an error
I was not aware, from what he is telling me. He was handling all the finance. So yes the line of of credit is under both our names on the joint account. I honestly thought he has changed from his previous experiences that he would not jeopardize our finance again. He promised that he will never do stocks again. I thought that was all over & done with. Thank you Aaron for the praying & the amazing trust you have in GOD.I believe too that GOD is the PROVIDER,THE POWERFUL, THE ALL SEEING. I am done with him Aaron he is not cooperating with me & does not want a moderator. He does not want me to take over the pills or to even to have the key to the post office. He says we have wait until Augst.

I need serious debt help. I make 20K/year and I am in 18K credit card debt. My highest interest rate is 26% on my highest card of 10k. I have been making at least minimum payments every month but that is adding up to at least $500/month and I don’t have money left over for anything else. I rent my home. What can I do?
