It was due to be taken off in March of this year, but it is still showing up and I am still being asked to pay by the collection agency in charge of this debt.
You guys are all idiots. In PA, it’s 7 years and the debt is taken off your credit report. It’s for a fairly large debt that my deceased ex fiancee ran up in my name. I never had enough money to pay it off. So, thank you, half pint, for judging and assuming.
