Need to pay off a bank loan that is killing my wife and I since we have had children and now my wife is at home with them. We took the loan out when we both had jobs and could afford the re payments but now we are in the over draft every month and some months being charged for going over that. Any help welcome, as it seems to be getting worse every month. Thank you.

I have a part-time job and going to school and I’m barely 22. Story of our lives, right?
I heard people are getting loans to pay off the main debt and just pay a different interest?
Or must I deal with my problem the old fashioned way? Thanks!

I have been in debt for a while now and now getting a divorce. I moved back home with my sister and I need to buy a house of my own. I need to get out of her house. How can I get approved for a loan in order to buy a house. I would need at least a 3 bedroom house. And I live in Texas.

I am so tired of applying for loans and getting turned down even though I have the ability to pay. My credit is horrible, I file bankruptcy 2 years ago, which to me means I obviously now have the money to pay on the loans that nobody wants to give me. Should I have just let my house go and lived in a cardboard box instead of trying to save evrything? I think I would have been better off. I almost need to file again but then what’s the point if it doesn’t help you or accomplish anything?

I was hoping for tips for them to get out if it. I would like any that you have, including obvious ones like budgeting
Thanks, any advise is greatly appreciated
