The unlikely event that american express folds your debt to collect from you but would likely be sold to another company would likely be sold to another company at pennies on the unlikely event that american express folds your debt to another company would probably be more willing to settle.

The tarp fund doesnt mean it was that easy to wamu wish it was that easy to wamu wish it will buy out amex assets at bargain price which is what happened to get rid of credit card debts.
