Car was sold by the towing company, how can I settle my car loan with the bank?

Ok I told the Bank when they towed the car. That I couldn’t get it out. They told me that they couldn’t do any thing about it. If they repossessed it then why would I still have to pay if they got their car back. Which I know that they didn’t repo it cause they told me they sold it in a auction.

Obviously the bank repossessed the car if the tow company sold it. The bank is in possession of the title.
