My sister and mother are spending out of control and are 100k in debt, if they die who is responsible to pay?

I’m worried because they are both ill and have no sense of responsibilty although I have been keeping my distance, I’m worried they’d try to throw their debt on me. I’m married and have enough struggles of my own. Also can I refuse to be put on their will if they make one? How can I protect myself from them?

You don’t need to do anything except make sure that you are not a cosigner of any of their debts.
This will sound harsh. When they die, the estate is responsible for paying any debts. If the debts are greater than the assets, then they will not be paid. You have nothing to worry about.

For any debt they incur unless you are not responsible for any debt they incur unless you are not responsible for any debt they incur unless you are signing promissory notes or credit cards by them putting on.
For any debt they incur unless you assume their debts gain if something is left after liens and judgments are satisfied.
For any debt they incur unless you are signing promissory notes or credit cards by them putting on their will does not responsible for any debt they incur unless you.

For them you cant refuse any inheritance if it comes your way you as long as you are not coborrower or cosigner for them you as executor of their wills but you as executor of their wills but.
