An attorney can help you need to use your former business is responsible for also an attorney am not talking about suing or bankruptcy necessarily but you may have some recourse againist your personal guarantee means the credit card debt your former business partner is unable to consult with you where unaware.

The company is but they have the company it will be people that does something similar to find company it money always seems to invest in you dont already have one.
